4.1 To cancel your order:
(a) Prior to dispatch, notify us by email at info@valyrianforge.co.uk.
(b) After dispatch, return goods according to clause 4.2.

4.2 Return goods within 14 days of receipt for a refund (less 20% restocking fee) or exchange. Return costs are borne by you.

4.3 Upon receiving the goods, we will refund you (less 20% restocking fee) or provide exchange credit.

4.4 Returns do not apply if the product has been used or customized specifically for you. Your statutory rights are not affected.

4.5 There is a strict no returns policy on fabricated or bespoke products. All gates are non-refundable.
